All verses are pre-printed in black as indicated and cannot be changed.
Personalization orders cannot be accepted over the phone due to the difficulty in confirming spelling, punctuation and placement. Please place your personalization order on-line or via mail or fax.
Please note that all personalized orders are final - please carefully check all spelling, spacing and punctuation in your personalized text on your on-line proof or the sample typeset proof sent by our Print Department. Once your on-line order is received or your sample proof is approved by you for printing, we regret that your order cannot be changed or returned.
Your cards can be personalized by printing your name, company name, company logo, written signature and/or special message (in addition to the pre-printed verse) in black ink for an additional flat fee $25.00 per set-up or $40.00 per set-up for color, regardless of the total quantity of cards. Pricing includes cost of logo and up to 5 signatures. Each additional signature will be charged $5.00 / signature. *Cost will be adjusted when the order is invoiced.
Logos and signatures need to be reviewed by our Print Department to ensure that they will print to our quality standards. Please e-mail a high resolution digital file (EPS or TIF) of your logo and/or signature to email@example.com.
We do not recommend personalizing Sympathy, Get Well, or Thinking of You card designs due to the sensitive nature of the occasion. However, the envelopes for these cards can be personalized with a return address.
Envelopes can be personalized with a name and return address centered on the back flap in black ink for an additional flat fee of $25.00 per set-up or $40.00 per set-up for color, regardless of quantity. Free extra envelopes are included in every card order. Logos may also be used depending upon the size and space requirements.
For on-line orders, you will preview and approve your spelling, punctuation and personalization layout on the screen when placing your order. Please review your text carefully - it will be printed as shown on the screen. Our Print Department will optimize the size, alignment and spacing of your text to achieve the best result possible, and may contact you for clarification if they deem it necessary. If you are not satisfied with your on-line proof, you can request a typeset proof from our Print Department for an additional $10.00. Please provide your fax number so that the proof can be faxed to you should we have difficulty e-mailing your proof.
For Mail or Fax orders, please complete the Personalization section(s) on the Order Form. Your cards and envelopes can be personalized for an additional flat fee of $30.00 each per fax or mail order, regardless of the total quantity of cards. This fee includes receiving a typeset proof from our Print Department to ensure the proper spelling, size and placement of the text.
Nothing will be printed until we receive your approval of the sample proof. While changes will be accepted from the proof, there will be a charge of $10.00 for each additional revised proof you request to receive, except in cases where the changes are necessary to correct errors in typesetting made by our Print Department.
Typeset proofs are usually available within two business days of the original receipt of the Mail or Fax order, or on-line typeset proof request. During our peak holiday season from October through December, please allow for up to five business days to receive a proof of your personalized order. Your order will usually print and ship within two business days of receipt of your approval of the sample proof.
