Happy Buttonwood Agreement Day
On May 17, 1792, twenty-four stockbrokers signed the Buttonwood Agreement on Wall Street requiring them to trade stock only among themselves and not auctioneers – marking the beginning of what we now know as the New York Stock Exchange.
For many of our valued customers – stockbrokers, financial advisors and financial planners – this is the origin story of the industry and your careers. We are happy to offer this image for your social sites and email contacts to help you connect on this historic day!
We are grateful to continue to partner with you deepening relationships and enjoying long-term success with your clients through our corporate greeting cards!
